Great for protection
I use them to go outside of my elbow splints so it doesn’t rub on me. Has worked perfectly and very comfortable.

First time user, omg is this tight. Losing circulation in arm. No lie, opening is 2 inches. Returning asap.

Very soft fabric, and silicone inside is nice. Not for anyone who has decent biceps - only for very skinny arms. They are a little tight on me (~15 inch arm above elbow). Wish they came one size larger.
