I'm having a go at getting a bit fitter. To supplement my weight sessions I currently take Creatine and Carnitine. Turkesterone has come up as a possible way to help gain muscle mass. If you read up on this yourself, Turkesterone is either a really useful supplement, or a complete scam. Although it has been known for may years there's no clear agreement on how it works (Oestrogen antagonist? Placebo?)Unfortunately, some brands of Turkesterone didn't contain the claimed amount of the active ingredient. It means that not only is it a bit unclear how it works, some sellers are providing completely fake Turkesterone.This brand claims to have a high level of Turkesterone, with no added rubbish to bulk it out. I have tried searching online of any independent testing but there's none to be seen. Interestingly, there are a couple of other brands with VERY similar packaging. Having nothing to lose I'm giving this a try, but don't expect to see immediate gains. All weight training should eb considered a long term commitment.In short- hoping to see benefit, not expecting it to be immediate, do your own research.

I’ve been taking Turkesterone for a few months and I’m seeing the benefits. I’ve been using this brand for a few weeks and I’ve not had any side effects. These pills are 1500mg per serving, which is 2 capsules. This means that you can work up to the full amount by only taking 1 capsule every day or other day and see if you are having any side effects.The capsules are a standard size and are easy to swallow, though the capsule can get sticky when wet (that's pretty common with vegetable-based capsules). For the amount, these capsules are good value.

These Turkesterone Capsules are suitable for vegans and two capsules should be taken one a day after a meal. Overall, it has boosted my performance at the gym and makes me feel stronger. I am uncertain of the long term effect and benefits. So far so good, so hopefully this is the miracle supplement for body builders without damaging their body with steroids.

On the plus side - easy to swallow, supplied in a well labelled pot. No noticeable "side effects" from taking these.On the minus side - no noticeable effects at all, sadly. I've had other turkesterone tablets that do work, but they had a bigger "dose."

Turkesterone is supposed to be helpful when working out and to boost energy.It doesn't have any scientific research which confirms those claims, but I think it might be helpful for some people. I tried it and I even if don't feel much different, I like to think it helps.As it's different for everyone, I would say to try it and see if it feels more effective for you.

The labelling says the capsules contain no binders or fillers which explains why the capsules are a little smaller than I’ve been used to. The capsules contain a mix of Turkesterone extract and BioPenne Black Pepper. I’ve been taking Turkesterone for a while now to aid with my muscle building. This and upping my protein over the course of a few months seems to have yielded some good results. Which for someone over 60 is quite a result.I’ve selected this particular mix of product as I was interested in what black pepper could do for me. There are some interesting suggested benefits for this particular food supplement. Some of which say that could be helpful to address issues with inflammation and blood sugar regulation. Both of which are pertinent to my situation. It’s early days yet so time will tell if there’s any effect on me.The labelling is clear, the container is quite small, the top is easily screwed on and off as needed. The product is plant based which is good for me. Taste wise, very little to report as the ingredients are contained within the capsules. Easily taken.Worth trying if you’ve never tried Turkesterone before with an added ingredient you may find helpful.
