Bluetooth Adapter for Bose QuietComfort3 (QC3) Headphone

This bluetooth adapter gave me new life with my old Bose NC headphones! Worked perfectly on the planes. Just plugs into the cable jack and allows me to listen to any BT connected devices. Brilliant! I didn't mark sound quality boxes because the adapter doesn't affect the sound. But it does update my old Bose with current technology!

This blue tooth device works on my ipad mini, dell latops x 2, iphone 8 and 8 plus. There is n static, it lasts long enough while walking my dogs listening to pandora on the iphones. I watched films. The only issue is, and it is really not. Is that you will not be able to connect to a new bluetooth if the other blue tooth is around. For example, I found this out when I had my mini ipad, nearby, but was trying to connect to a laptop to watch a movie. To switch over you have to turn off the mini ipad blue tooth. This also happened when I was parked and got into my bluetooth capable car with my iphone, I had to disconnect the headphones in ordr for my car to be able to make phone calls and the audio wold not otherwise work on either device. So, one blue tooth at ta time and you will be all set easily connecting to the devices. I was frustrated for a day or two keeping trying to connect to another device. It won't happen if you have another already connected device nearby. This is a wonderful iittle inexpensive gadget that provides wonderful accesory for the bose headphones.

I've upgraded my Bose headphones with this bluetooth extention and it works very nicely. It was easy to connect and sounds great, and I've had no issues with the battery. I knocked a star off since it's a little bulky looking and semi-cheap looking. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to do and does it well without having to buy new Bose headphones. On the plus it will also work to connect other audio devices, such as speakers or cars if you so need.

This device actually works! I had no idea that it would. My Bose headphones are around 10 years old and they were not wireless. With this device, now they are. :)

Does exact;y what it says – it converts the Bose QC3 Headphones to bluetooth compatible! I've had my QC3s for years and I wanted to finally go wireless – after trying a cheaper bluetooth adapter which didn't even fit the Bose input jack (for some reason Bose uses a proprietary size for their inputs which is very annoying), I gave this one a shot & it is perfect. I was expecting diminished audio quality but I haven't noticed any drop in it at all. Battery life is great for a typical work day. It's small, very lightweight – I don't even notice it's attached to my headphones. I've had it for about a week now & used it every day – so far, I'm beyond pleased with this purchase & would recommend this one! GREAT price, great product!

AF03 is not great, but not horrible either. The battery life is poor. Full charge I'm lucky to get 3 hours. Sound quality is noticeably affected when compared to wired. It's a bit bulky too, should have been designed to be slimmer or less obtrusive of a dangle hanging from the headphones.All in all tho, it does the job I wanted - use while at work to listen to music. Also need to point out it's the only Bluetooth adapter I found that will work with the Bose QC2. I recommend it for anyone that has a pair of the early wired Bose QC headphones and want to go wireless.UPDATE: Totally quit working. Mfg won't replace or repair. DO NOT GET THIS ITEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR DEALING WITH AIRFREX. A COMPLETE PIECE OF GARBAGE!

Pairing worked instantly with my XR, and the sound was fantastic! Haven't used the headphones long enough to rate battery life! I did charge the adapter before using it, and had to go to Settings on my XR to unpair after turning adapter off. This adds new life to my QC 3.

Yippeee!I am finally cordless with my favorite headphones. The device is simple to use.But to be fair, there are two drawbacks:1. Limited range of about 20-30 feet, depending on how many walls are in the way of source. So, when using, I always have to remember to bring smartphone with me - even in my house. Outdoor unobstructed range is about 50 feet.. perfect for using headphones while working in yard or garden.2. Limited battery capacity. With a full charge overnight - that provides enough to listen for about 90 minutes. Then it has the be recharged - which takes about 4 hours.Neither issue makes me sorry I purchased it. I am even thinking of buying a second one so that while one is charging, the other can be in use.YOU HAVE TO BUY ONE IF YOU HAVE BOSE QC3 - you gain freedom to roam and listen to high quality sound.
