These creatine gummies are great for anyone that doesn't like the creatine powder, I struggled to drink the powder type of creatine as it always left a gritty taste in my mouth, these gummies are easy to take and taste nice, it's three thousand milligrams per serving which is in enough for me, and the price is justifiable.

These gummies are very sweet. Similar to sugar coated candies or gummies. I think I should point that out as some people don't like that with their gummies. It's sweetened with sweeteners but although I did find them sweet they were perfectly fine for me as you're only going to be taking a maximum of 2 per day. Much more than 2 per day and then they may have become too sweet. They come packaged in a large plastic black plastic bottle which contains 60 gummies and at a serving of 2 gummies per day that gives you a months supply. I like the texture of the gummies. It's not overly sticky or too chewy. I've never come across the mould or design of the actual gummie before. As a lot of gummies are very similar and most likely made in the same place these are definitley more unique than most.

On further investigation I was dismayed to find that these contain not just one artificial sweetener, but four! Maltitol Syrup, Isomalt, Erythritol and Sucralose. Some of these sweeteners have negative side effects and can cause digestive issues and seem to be in direct contradiction to the use of natural flavourings in this product.Personally, I won't use this product again. I try to avoid artificial sweeteners where possible and four different types is over the top, especially when this makes the product so sweet that it is unpalatable.
