There is something up with the laptop this seller provides, I've bought the same model from a handful of other sellers that have zero issues but the one bought from this seller seems to of stopped working after 1-2 months. (right past the amazon return window). Getting a hold of them for a second time to hope for a replacement.

The Asus Zenbook S16 has a very fast processor with plenty of storage! It's lightweight and boots up very quickly. I have been an Apple Macbook Pro user for many years and decided to try a Windows based computer and thus far I'm loving this laptop.

I bought this PC with a 4TB hard Drive in about 2 months ago. It has been non-stop problems with the PC went on "Sleep mode". It shows it has power, but then went to sleep, and will not wake up. I have to hold the power button for 60 seconds, then it wake up and boot up. Today, it goes to repair/diagnostic mode, saying it encounters problems and trying to repair it. 40 minutes later, the PC has light on, but no action, nothing appears on the PC. I am wondering whether the special 4TB hard drive offered by the seller is not a stable product. This is a BIG problem, costing lots of wasted time and productivity. Maybe the 4TB hard drive needs more rigorous qualification before it is offered in the special package.

This is garbage. I bought this laptop because my other would not hold a charge. This is brand new and it has to stay plugged in or it crashes within minutes.

stunning design with great display and hardware. BUT, AMD stickers leave stains on the white finish, and nothing removes them.

Excellent laptop that doesn't overheat too terribly much for the performance. Screen is beautiful and this laptop is small and light for the screen size.

The laptop worked for a while. I even copied a directory from an external drive. Suddenly it turned off and did not respond to any actions from the keyboard. However, someone inside is working, the bottom is hot. Now it is just a piece of iron with unpredictable results, it will simply discharge or burst into flames. I can not do anything.
