In baking could use less than it calls for unless you like a strong chocolate flavor.

Works great
This cocoa powder is finely milled and has a good texture. It mixed in perfectly with warm milk to make homemade hot chocolate without any issues. It dissolved without any problems. The bag is resealable which I always appreciate. The hot chocolate we made with it tasted great.
