Superb product, one should have it

Its good. I had already purchased MC3 from another account n hence bought again MC2 now. I thought no need for 3 vesseles n idly plates (All would be habing udly plates already) want the idly plates. Thats why purchased d other one. Instead one more lid could be supplied. For two vesseles only one lid is there. My suggestion is that you may give options for idly vessele n plates or lids,inner cups,etc.to choose.Suddenly yesterday the bottom plastic if the steamer melted n smoke spread all over d kitchen!

The cooking has become so easy and effortless using this product. Since the cooking is steam based and not direct heating the fragrance and taste of the food is kept in tact. Except frying all types of cooking can be done using this. It is easily portable and comes in handy during travel. The electricity consumption is minimal. As major cooking is done using this product the gas consumption has gone down as well in our home. Recently I prepared biryani in this cooker. The fragrance was amazing and it tastes was awesome. This is a must try product for tasty food in an effortless cooking

product i bought during dasara, even after diwali, it was not picked up , product was defective, not screwed properly and when water boils it comeout through gap as the warmer is not fastned properly as there is manufacturing defect of offset screw hole.

Update:Purchased in Aug 2020. In June 2023, container for water started leaking water into the electric compartment which started sparking.When I tried to repair, realized the steel-plastic combination was not conducive to repair. Had to discard this.Previous:I bought the MC2 Plus model. Everything is okay except the size of the main vessel which is labeled as "2 lts". The idly stand has 4 very shallow katoris to put idly batter. The resultant idlis are very thin and you can make 12 thin idlis at one time. Okay if you have a small family of just two people. I will now probably have to make alternate arrangement for making idlis. So in the final tally, if you make idlis, and there are more than 2 members in your family, then this is not such a useful device.

Very Good product, specially for rice cooking, blanching of vegetables,the manufacturer is very cordial and attended fault in the product beyond warranty without any payment

I like this product because it preserve nutrition value and original taste of veritable.

Good quality. Works fine. However dhal does not get cooked well if kept in the inner container. I did not try making idlis. Will update after few months of usage.After 10 days of intermittent usage: Indicator stopped working after 2-3 uses. Now I must manually check if machine is ON or OFF. In fact I have to check water level in base. Not great.
