Delicious
We tried local stores but was unsuccessful in finding. It was quick and easy to order this. Came neatly packaged and overall quality was very good. It was expensive but compared to others this was priced more reasonably. It was big enough to make a large batch and we still have plenty left over. Texture and taste hits the spot and had a good crunch.

Weird, inedible, solidified pieces mixed in
The kataifi itself is fine. However, for some reason, there are countless, hard, bigger, inedible pieces mixed in the bag. I use kataifi to make dubai chocolate & I have to spend 30+ min sifting through all 500g to get these weird pieces out, as I do not want my customers to find them when they're trying to enjoy their treat. This has happened with multiple boxes I've purchased from UNIQBITE, not just one. I will be switching to another brand & you should consider looking into another brand as well. I do not recommend UNIQBITE.

Moldy product
0/10. This is my third time ordering this product and the last two times there’s black mold. The very first time I ordered it was fine so I ordered again and the second time there was a bit of mold so I thought it was a fluke and then this time around it was black again and it stinks like mold. Buyers beware!
