Kept it cold
Was on a train for three days , I was able to plug in this device and keep the meds at the proper tenp. Sturdy and easily packed in a carry on .

Not what I expected
I bought this for a 10 day vacation where I would be doing a lot of moving around from place to place. I thought the usb option would be less stressful than finding a freezer due to the type of traveling I was doing (did not have access to a freezer for the gel pack most of the time. This is not insulated at all and if unplugged for even an hour everything is room temperature. Very very disappointed since it was 100 dollars

Took it on vacation, it didn’t work. Ended up throwing it away in India. Do not recommend.
