The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie [4K UHD + Blu-Ray + Digital Copy]

I got it for myself when it dropped. Awesome special edition.

Love this movie and Spongebob! Glad I grabbed this before they were gone. It was in my cart and said 2 left! So, I grabbed it immediately! They were gone later that day. It's a cool looking steelbook for the collection. Highly recommend even if it's the regular 4K UDH bluray! The quality looks amazing, & just a fun movie.

It looks really, really good. It is wide-screen and I'd say the colors looked amazing but oddly looks darker at times. I read it was mastered from a movie reel scan. And it kind of looks like it at times. But I'd double check that.The images are a 100 inch 4k projector and 4k player. My phone is not the best but hopefully it gives an idea on what you're actually buying here. The sound quality was perfect.The case is also nice; identical to the store image.

I absolutely love steelbooks SpongeBob and the design of this was too cute to pass up arrived in great condition and makes for a perfect shelf piece well worth buying if you're a SpongeBob fan :)

Can't go wrong with the Spongebob Movie, the fact that it's in 4K and has a steel book is just icing on the proverbial cake!

I am a hardcore SpongeBob collector so I’m biased. Yes, I loved the product. It was the first time we got a product with the UK SpongeBob movie poster on it. The packaging itself is great with its metal design and cute SpongeBob body. The only problem is the 4K version of the movie. If you don’t have a player (or screen) that’s capable of Dolby Vision the movie looks very washed out and dark for the most part. On a Dolby Vision screen it looks great and even more vibrant than before, like it was originally in theaters. However, since the PS5 doesn’t support Dolby Vision it was all dark and washed out. In comparison they just released the South Park movie in 4K and it looks great. The colors pop and the film grain is gone unlike most screens that will be watching SpongeBob. If you’re a collector like me don’t worry it also comes with the original Blu-ray Disc that looks great on any screen. If you just want to get this for your kid I would stick with the cheaper Blu-ray. Also, it has a cool SpongeBob 25 sticker on the front. Is that sticker worth $30? No, no it isn’t. However, if you’re a collector this is probably the only way you’ll be able to get that sticker if you really want it.
