Great Projector
This is an initial review, so far this is great projector, the best projector I've owned, can barely tell tye difference between the image and a tv image. 2nd Pic was taking during day time.The reason for 4 star is for the amount of time it took me to get the keystone to 120" screen. Can't believe put all that effort to create the best projector ever and somehow decided to make it real hard to set it up to 120" screen. And also Amazon was supposed to send a free freestyle with it, never happened, even Amazon is tricking customers now.If anything goes wrong I'll update this review

Very difficult to get the adjustments right.
The Keystone adjustments are ridiculous when the projector is on a 33" tall fireplace television stand. Image is warped and the projector needs to be so far from the wall for the full 120" screen that it almost needs to sit in the middle of the room. Not "ultra" short throw.

Unbelievably Clear Picture
This Samsung LPU9D is state of the art! The picture quality is truly fantastic! Audio like your in a theatre and it all comes from that tiny box. Obviously in a heavy sunlight room the picture is a little less bright, but you can still see easily. We are thrilled with this projector!

Unreliable and expensive to repair
This projector starting showing white dots on the screen a year a half after buying it brand new. After three years the projector will not turn on. Sent it to Samsung for repair and they quoted me $1,200 for a new “engine”. Samsung customer support is non existent and could care less. Absolutely should not have these issues with such an expensive product. Save your money and go with a more reliable brand.

Way too expensive!
There are comparable UST projectors at around $2000, there’s not much better that this projector does compared to the cheaper ones.

Exceeds expectations
Absolutely stunning! I had the pleasure of using this projector and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. The image quality is exceptional with beautiful, vibrant, crisp colors. Day or night, the image is clear. It’s like having a movie theater in your living room. The projector itself is compact and can easily be moved from room to room. This projector is the perfect all-in-one. No messy cables or extra devices needed to stream your favorite movies and shows. I highly recommend this projector! You won’t be disappointed!
