Sturdy bike, well packed. Missing screw pending.
This review has been modified to reflect resolution of an earlier installation issue.Ordered the bike on black Friday. Although, it came in over a week past the original estimated date, it did better than most delivery horror stories of this season and arrived well before Christmas. For the build quality, and control layout, I'm happy with the purchase price.Pros:It was well packed and partially preassembled, and the instructions and markings were fairly clear to follow. Once charged, the controls and indicators worked as advertised. I ride conventional road and mountain bikes for exercise, and this gift was a way for my wife to enjoy a similar riding experience on some of the local trails.Cons:1 screw was missing (LCD mounting), and 1 of the pedals was improperly machined for assembly. I spent a couple of day thinking that a bike tech would be needed, but my daughter had the magic touch, and once started, the left pedal installed as easily as the right had.Still evaluating:The ebike is very sturdy, but much heavier than I was expecting. It's definitely heavier than the aventon we rented while on vacation. I'll need to put additional thought into whether my current bike rack can support this, and what it will take to lift it in place. If I need to transport it in the car, it's unlikely we'll be able to take this on vacation. The bike is a gift, and I was able to test it for the recipient this morning. I have zero experience riding ebikes and it didn't take much of a learning curve. However, I could see how someone could get into trouble. The power assist provided much more acceleration than I was expecting. I'm glad that I started at 0 PAS and worked my way up. It was a short test ride with temps in the 40s. Level 1 was plenty for flattish surface to mild incline. I bumped up to level 2 for the steep hill in the neighborhood. If it had been a little warmer, I would have further tested the manual ride feel at 0 PAS on hills. I suspect that riding up steep hills would be much more challenging than on my conventional bike. I'm not sure that I would ever use level 3+ or throttle mode, but they may serve more of a purpose, if you're done with exercise for the day, and just want the bike to do the work for you.For component, battery, and tire durability, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

Jasion st
I bought this for my daughter so she can get back-and-forth to work. Looks great and was easy to put together. I took it for a test ride took me 26mph top speed, I weigh 265. But she can get to work about 7 miles in twenty five minutes. So far, a full charge will last her back-and-forth. She hasn't gone past that, but she also doesn't pedal. So that's on full throttle. All in all, I think it's a great bike at a really reasonable price

Great customer service!
I purchased a pair of the Jasion Roamer ST electric bikes on March 28, 2025 after doing a lot of research on various models and types for my wife and I.I received the two bikes on April 2 but one of the boxes had damage on one side of the carton.I opened the boxes and assembled both bikes using the video it was not too difficult. The bike are good quality and everything fits as it should however the bike that had the damaged carton had a slight rip in the seat, fender had some pealing and the battery would only charge to about 42 volts. The packing protected the bike very well considering it must have been dropped at some point during shipment.I contacted customer service about the problems and Maria handled the issues very quickly with new parts and battery shipped quickly.5 star customer service

GREAT BIKE
We’ve had ourJasion bikes ST Roamers since May 11th. The video Jasion provided was excellent on assembling the bike. So, we have been riding for several days now and getting used to gears, battery, and speed. It looks great, seat adjustment is easy and the electronics are wonderful. My only downside was it is not equipped with Bluetooth. Fun to ride, especially makes hill ‘easy peasy’.

Amazing quality for the money!
We love these bikes. We bought three of them.First bike took an hour to assemble. Second bike took 40 minutes. Third bike only 20 minutes to assemble, ( I did use a power screwdriver with hex bits). The quality is excellent. Everything fits perfectly. These bikes come extremely well boxed and protected from potential shipping damage. They come with all the tools you need except you will need wire cutters or good scissors to cut cable ties that hold all parts together during shipping. The bikes handle well even at 25-26 MPH. 28MPH achieved but only with pedaling. We are very happy with these bikes. Here is my only suggestion after 15 miles riding: Jasion, please add either a blinking light or sound when using the turn signals so riders remember to turn off the signal.

Bike arrives with a faulty battery. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!
Arrived with a faulty battery that I realized after 2 hours of putting it together. Contacted the seller. One message per day is all. The first 3 are just reiterating what I said. I sent a video of the battery not turning the bike on. Customer service states that's how they operate. Now to take the bike apart and send it back. The reviews on customer service are correct!! Don't buy this bike!

Average
I have had this bike about a month. Overall, I have enjoyed it. Some of the pros is that can help save on gas money. It helps with exercise and blood flow. Was not too difficult to put together, however, it did not come with any instructions at all or a manual. Some of the cons are that the distance for battery use says up to 62 miles for a fully charged battery. I have not experienced that at all. I have gone about 17 miles on a full battery without using about assist level 3. The battery does not last as long as it should it seems. This is a major disappointment in that part. When the battery starts getting low, the assist starts get slower in helping as well.It is fun to ride though and has reached the 28 mph mark multiple times as the description says. But I do feel like that battery should last a lot longer than it does.
