This comes shipped in a light box, and has everything in there as described. It has a nice bag to carry it on the go. It has a QR code for instructions on how to use it. This doesn't feel cheaply made. I am really happy I made this purchase! The instructions make it easy to figure it out, and it has a clicker on the bottom of the grip to count how many times you used it. Highly recommend this.

The media could not be loaded. Really Good, saves me from having a weak grip daily, strenghtens my forearms and parts of my arm. When I get bored I just move on to the next tool and that keeps me stretching and enhancing through the long rides and walks.
