The media could not be loaded. I got this 5 star split AC. Since begining his AC was installed and serviced by company technicians. The product started giving troubles. I raised so many complaints that ac water is dropping from indoor unit. Technicians came and try to resolve the issue but the problem reoccur after few days. Company also don't inform about the periodic services needs to be conducted within one year. And I missed one service despite several other complaints I raised. So pls don't buy this product. Due to water leakage my TV also got damaged for which I have to spend 5-6k extra due to their faulty AC and lack of proper service. Now again the AC stopped giving proper cooling after an year. Now I have to pay from my pocket to get this pathetic product work. So pls don't buy this product.

AC is good and working fine but even after 72 hours there was no response from Carrier installation team. Had to contact Amazon customer service for installation. Technicians from Carrier were clueless and took more tha 3 hours to install single AC. Next AC will not be from Carrier 😃

Substandard Customer Service: From the onset, the customer service provided by Carrier was disheartening. Attempts to reach support were met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. The lack of empathy and urgency in addressing customer concerns was startling for a brand of this reputation.2. Incompetent Technicians: The technicians dispatched for installation and subsequent repairs were not only tardy but also displayed a concerning lack of expertise. Their inability to resolve issues efficiently led to repeated service calls, which disrupted my schedule and still left the unit malfunctioning.3. Poor AC Performance: The performance of the AC unit itself fell far below my expectations. Despite being a new unit, it struggled to cool a small room, was unusually noisy, and consumed more energy than advertised, leading to inflated electricity bills.4. Reliability Issues: Within just a few months of use, the unit exhibited multiple faults. The compressor failed twice, and the thermostat was erratic, resulting in uncomfortable temperatures and further frustration.5. Warranty Woes: The warranty coverage, which should have been reassuring, turned out to be a maze of fine print and exclusions. Getting the necessary repairs covered was a battle in itself, with Carrier seemingly more interested in avoiding responsibility than honoring their commitment to quality.In conclusion, my experience with the Carrier AC unit was fraught with inconvenience, disappointment, and unexpected expenses. The product is quite good but the installation team are very much sales oriented persons and tried to upsale the attachment which customer already have in there previous ac. No other brands do such kind of this with customer so be aware while purchasing this brand ac.Water pipe and ac electricity connection wire are very small. They trap the customer so that they have to purchase extra water pipe and wire to complete the connection.I use lot of other brands ac but I must tell this brand provide very cheap accessories along with ac.
