If you’re serious about your health and well being this is a must have. The taste is not so great by itself but when mixed with tea, coffee or juice, you barely notice. My energy levels have been through the roof since I have been taking this supplement. I feel fantastic! Sleep quality is better. Feel more alert, helps with some pain relief , boost energy, this one taste a lot better than the original shilajit. Notice more effectiveness the longer it’s taken. 60days in and I’m for it. Mixes easy, goes down better as a shot not a tea.

I sure hope it's healthy because this is some of the worst smelling most foul tasting stuff I've ever consumed for my health. It taste like burnt if you put burnt in a jar. I've been taking it for a week and I can't comment on its health effects yet, but DEFINITELY don't just mix with water. I put it in my coffee to mask the awful taste. I'm really hoping that something this bad has to be good for me.

I like this product but I am not a big coffee drinker or hot fluid person but it does make you feel better and gives you energy and just all around it’s a good product so I would recommend it to my friends

This is hands down the worst thing I’ve ever tasted, or tried to consume in my life. You can try mixing it with something else but you’ll still taste it. I don’t get how anyone can take this stuff. Not for me.

Been using shilajit for awhile great product

This product is wonderful this is my third batch and I’m enjoying the results. I have tried other brands and they were hit and miss some batches more potent then others but this brand keeps a consistent high quality product. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone

Great value!!Smell isn't the worst.Takes a day or two to get over the taste. Less than a week to a week to feel all the benefits. Energy is up! Fatigue is to a minimum. Mental clarity is amazing! Sleeping better and waking up better!!Works amazing!👌🏽
