Creatine is a proven supplement, this form has been wonderful because I hate having to take 5 massive tablets and I don’t enjoy mixing drinks like protein shakes every day, one week in already can tell the creatine is helping my build and strength, it also seems to be helping me not use the bathroom as much since there’s more water retention and I drink an excessive amount of liquids because I’m such a sweaty person

These pills work great. They are a little big and hard to swallow so I would recommend swallowing one at a time. It really doesn’t taste like anything which is great.. I didn’t gain much water weight and my strength went up water recommend

These GNC Creatine HCL Tablets are unique because they are the only one’s I’ve found. One can find capsules, but these are the only hard tablets I’ve found. FYI, Creatine HCL powder doesn’t mix with anything because it tastes awful

The product is not good. I took it for several years and my body cannot break down the pills because I take them every day, but they come out whole in the feces. It's absurd. I wasted my money.
