Works great but be aware this is acupressure, not acupuncture. Comes w/3 different massage heads
This electronic acupressure rechargeable pen works great for what it's designed to do which is relieve pressure. It is NOT an acupuncture pen but an acupressure pen. It has 2 different settings, 1 for sensitivity with 1 being the lowest setting (recommended when you first try it out) & 10 being the highest setting. I find myself using this setting between 2-3 which works just fine for my needs. It also comes with an intensity level setting (I again recommend starting at a very low number until you find your comfort zone), again from 1-10 with 1 being the lowest setting. I find myself here using the 3-4 setting. I have lots of pain & knots around my upper back. upper arms & around the neck/shoulder area. This acupressure pen comes with 3 different massage heads for your head, your ears & for your arms, shoulders & back. You just need to find which one works best for your pain & discomfort. There is a digital readout when you're closer to a pressure point the number goes higher & when you find a pressure point, there is a red LED indicator that lights up & you get an audible beep to tell you that you're there. This is a rechargeable unit which comes with a USB charging cord & it can last hours on a single charge. The unit also comes with an instruction sheet & a carrying case to store all the pieces, when not in use. This pen is well-designed from start-to-finish.I highly recommend this pen as it should help alleviate your soreness around your joint area's. Just be aware, start low but more importantly, follow the directions/instructions for use.I'm giving this acupressure pen a 5-star rating!! Enjoy it & I hope it helps you as much as it's helped me manage my pain & discomfort better.

Does not puncture the skin, acupressure, not acupuncture. Rechargable, good attachments.
* Overall Impression:-This is a good value for a nice acupressure (not acupuncture) pen with 3 attachments and is highly adjustable and rechargeable.-Note that this is acupressure and not acupuncture, and it does not puncture the skin in any way.* Pros-what I liked and what worked well:-Good value for the style, accessories and quality.-Good quality of the construction, materials and finish.-Rechargeable. No batteries or power cord needed.-USB friendly charging cable included. You’ll need your own USB friendly electrical plug in, power bank or USB charging source to use with it.-3 attachments included:1 flat dome massage circle1 5mm round sphere (small)1 3mm round sphere (smaller)1 attachment plug in with a metal wand (not pictured but you can see it in the video)-LED screen readout.-Highly adjustable on the settings and sensitivity.-10 intensity adjustment settings (for how strong it feels during use). (Start low, at 1).-10 sensitivity adjustment settings.-The frequency can also be adjusted lo to 23 Hz.-Pulse frequency range: 1-23hz-On/off switch.-Press down button to start the acupressure.-Small sensor light.-Does not puncture the skin in any way.-Small, portable size.-Instructions included.-Has no unpleasant odor to it.* Cons-what I didn’t like and what didn’t work well:-No storage case is included, you’ll need to provide your own.* Tips & Thoughts:-Be very careful when opening this up initially. One of the small round sphere attachments is already installed on the device, one is held in the Styrofoam in the carton. Be very careful to get this out before disposing of the Styrofoam. It is difficult to remove, so be careful.-Note that this is not the same as acupuncture, as this does not go into or puncture the skin in any way and is needleless.-It similar to acupuncture in that you use it on the same points and areas used in acupuncture.-You’ll want to print, save or refer to the listing details and pictures as they have some usage directions and tips and some charts for acupressure points. There is also a video in the listing that shows use and may also be helpful.-During use, your finger and hand placement on the device matters. You will need to be sure and have a finger on the side of the device on the metal conduction points (both point 1 on the side and point 2 on the base of the device). It’s normal for microcurrent and other electric current style devices to have one or more metal areas you must hold or touch during use.-Go lower on the setting power and strength than you think you need to and use it for a shorter vs longer time. Go low and slow as you learn how to use it. If you use too much electrical strength or use it for too long, it can be painful on the area used on.-You will need to learn where acupressure and acupuncture points are to properly use it. There are some areas of the face and body that it should not be used on. To use it safely, you will have to educate yourself. You can’t just randomly pick areas to use it on, or you could cause pain or other issues during use.-This isn’t something that’s a toy or children should have access too, it’s a device that should be used with care and treated with respect.-It says it can “find” the acupressure points in an area by moisture level. I’m not sure if this is possible or true, but it may be.-However, I have a different device that I highly recommend and love (but is pricey and only works on one area, you can’t use it on other areas) for my sinuses (however this device here, I wouldn’t use on my sinuses due to how strong it is) that has a feature that it “senses” the next acupressure area. Both device, I think state that they sense the “humidity” or “moisture level” in the skin. It won’t start until you move it to a compatible area. This device as does the one in this listing, says it senses the areas by moisture as well.-I tend to think having used it (the sinus device, Tivic Clearup) for several years, it’s by how far away you slide the device over your skin from the last point. Too close to the last point (where it turned on and worked) and it won’t work, too far and it won’t work, but right in between it works. This one may be similar in that it’s the distance between the points in an area, and you need to slide it on your skin to the next point vs pick it up and take it off your skin to do this. The sinus device (won’t work for other areas, I’ve tried) is Tivic Clearup and I highly recommend it for sinus pain and pressure as it’s designed just for that area. I wouldn’t use this device (in this listing) for that area as it’s larger and more powerful.-Having used a similar device (Tivic Clearup for sinuses, which uses acupressure points and microcurrent, but can’t be used on other areas of the body), there’s another tip I’d give. Even when there are multiple acupressure points in an area that are appropriate to use in the chart, you may find some areas too sensitive or painful to use the device there. I’ve found this true on the Tivic Clearup, I can’t use it on some areas (can’t go over as far as the chart says) or it’s painful. So you may have to adapt with this device too.-You could use conductive gel or aloe vera on the skin prior to use for a stronger affect, as TENS and other microcurrent and conductive devices use.-Devices like these (as well as microcurrent and TENS devices) can not only be painful (feel like rubber band snaps or bee stings) during use (go lower on the setting), but can in some areas cause muscle contractions (some devices, not this one, area actually designed and meant to do that, but many of them can cause it if turned up too high), that can also be painful.-I wouldn’t use this by itself to treat a serious issue or problem, I’d still want to seek out proper mainstream medical care and advice. This isn’t going to replace standard care and shouldn’t be used as a substitute for standard care.-One piece of guidance in any TENS, microcurrent, red light therapy or device that touches the skin, that’s also true on this one-they warn you not to use it over or near any area where there is a known malignancy (on the skin, under the skin or near it). There are also some areas (read the instructions) that you should never use a device like this, such as close to your eyes.-Do not use this device if you have a pacemaker, insulin pump, or any other implanted or wearable medical device, it could interfere or be dangerous or damaging to the medical device.

It helps with the pain, but does not cure it. Nothing cures arthritic pain ( in my thumbs)
I am familiar with the tech , and the machine works as advertised offering relief from nagging muscle and joint pain
