Omg it's brilliant!Quieter than our previous unit (different make) the swing option means the hot air near the ceilings is cooled quicker and quietly even on low speed. Both my son and myself can sleep thru the slight humming it makes. It comes with a short section of hosing to empty the water out which is excellent and makes it much easier to do. The window/door hose is a much nicer construction instead of those awful thin plastic hoses that break or don't fit the machine it comes with.. the window fitment thing, sooo much easier to fit our windows - we've never managed before to fit any of the previous one's - we just sawed off the extra length we didn't need and used the clips to tighten everything together so it doesn't fall out of the window opening.All in all, worth every penny and does "what it says on the box" 😊

After turning it on it takes a few minutes for the compressor to kick on, but once it does it gets chilly!The unit is quite loud but, it outputs very cold air.You can easily have a conversation while the unit is running.A choice of different window fitting would be nice as I had to buy a third party one to accomate my window type.It is quite heavy and large but the casters on the bottom make it easy to move around.It has a very stylish design and looks very goodThe exhaust hose is very good quality and foldable for easy storage!Overall it is a great air conditioner for the money and We're happy with it!5☆ would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about buying

Very powerful and easy to move around the room! The noise isn’t too bad for the size of the unit. Unfortunately the window kit is for sliding windows and does not fit our window type. If anyone has the same issue, we have measured up the frame, we will attach some ply to the window and just cut a hole to where the pipe will go through and then drill the ply over where the window will be open

portable air conditioner that didn't give out warm air. UPS collected the package four weeks ago for return but still hasn't a received the money back . Terrible customer service

Nice ll and efficient product

If you want to cool a room down quick it works and to heat it up. The dehumidifier is where it let's itself down and I think its a stretch to call it that as it seem to just use the cooling function to dehumidify by default. There are no dehimidifier settings. It's either on or off and you dont know what the humidity is. I got better results from my dedicated dehumidifier. It's also very noisy and expensive. The equipment itself is very good and high quality.
