Useless after sales
Too complicated issue. Display is not perfect trying to get connected to Amazon customer service they are useless and to seller which takes again thru Amazon. Fake sales and no after sales. It's useless. They don't check product before delivering. Just send it. Useless Dr. Mom product.

doesn’t work
i got this for my office after facing drunk employees. I ordered it and didn’t use it for a few days, I was sober and it showed no alcohol when i blew which was okay. After 15 days, before even testing it out on the staff I had a few drinks (30ml x 3) total 90-100ml and i tested on this machine and it again showed green light (which means not drunk). I was out of return or exchange period so im stuck. Now i dont know if this piece is damaged or the product is.
