DON'T BUYThe body hair trimer seemed to work well until less than 50 days later when a retension spring (est a 50 cents value) broke - after searching for a way to contact the manf. i eventually found their website where they had a "contact us" email -( many times) HOWEVER this website is turned off and no way to contact them regarding purchasing a replacement spring - OBVIOUSLY THEY OFFER NO SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT - and using cheap materials that break after only 50 days shows they embrace a planned obsolescence approach to QUALITY
