After trying the injectables a few years ago and even regular berberine last year and being sick from all of it , I love this product !!!!! I’m finally just not hungry. I take one before breakfast and one before dinner and I don’t even eat lunch anymore, there’s no more cravings , and I’m down 15 pounds and going strong

Through the years I have taken berberine but never had the results that were advertised. That is until I found this product. I could tell the difference immediately. I am not diabetic but wanted these to help with slow metabolism and carbohydrate control. For me this is my only choice now. One pill twice a day and no side effects. The little extra cost for the newer berberine compound is worth it.

First day tried this. Felt fine until evening when I was experiencing digestive discomfort and headache until morning when I took a pain pill. I rarely get headaches so I am pretty sure it was from this supplement. I really wanted to try this one but not sure that I will take it again considering the discomfort.

I take one capsule in the morning and its definitely helped. Will continue to purchase.

The pills are an ok size no taste or smell to note, but after taking them day 1 my stomach just burned constantly. Felt sick for the whole weekend nausea burning stomach etc and after taking for 4 days I've had the worst case of constipation I've had in my life. Definitely not worth the side effects at this point. Very disappointed 😞

I finished one bottle, but didn’t feel like they worked for me. My appetite remained the same and didn’t see any change in my energy levels. I don’t feel like these were worth the cost.

My overall digestion and gut health seems to have improved using this.I've not noticed any adverse side effects.They are easy to swallow, and I've not noticed any odd after taste.
