Hand therapy
This glove is great. I wore it on my right hand the first night. It fit great. It kept my hand folded. I hope to be able to make a fist soon.

Great help
I’m a stroke victim and this nas helped in so many ways! At night, I grip a ball and I can sleep through the night without my hand gripping closed, which is very painful. I have pulleys hanging over door and I can sit there and pull them while the glove holds my hand closed on the handle. So I’m able to use my working hand to pull pulleys. The glove holds my hand and I can raise it up with pulleys at my own pace. Highly recommend! Strong Velcro

Flimsy and totally useless
Not sure how anyone could have given any stars to this item, but for me, this was too flimsy and totally useless. I have reduced grip strength in one hand, and I was hoping to use this to be able to do pull ups. During the very first attempt, the whole thing slid right out of my wrist no matter how tight I closed the Velcro straps.

Didn't work for me, but maybe for you
The Vive Stroke Hand Brace makes it easy to carry a shopping bag or purse by placing the handle in my limp hand and then securing the Velcro flap so that it is tightly held. This leaves my other hand free to carry a cane or to turn a doorknob. It is a useful device, but it didn't provide the theraputic results that I had hoped for.

Did not secure well.
Used for my elliptical. Fits well, but does not secure well. My rehab clinic had the active hands brand, which worked perfectly for my small hands (very expensive of course).

Most importantly this product really works
I liked this product very much. This brace has helped my hand with the functionality. The fit is great.

Could use stronger velcro? Still useful though
This definitely does work, but the velcro could be a bit stronger. I'd estimate the maximum weight I could lift with this (without engaging my forearms) to be about 10lbs - definitely good enough for most daily tasks but also a bit flimsy. Then again, I guess it's a balance as if the velcro were too strong, it'd be hard to put on and take off.
