I have bought other flat irons, and returned them immediately, but this Kristen Ess, did the trick, no more waiting for it to get hot, it’s fast, one pass, and can also curl and style same time I’m straightening. Firstly, love the design, it’s so cute, white, clean and sleek. Along with this it is light weight and was accompanied with safe guard for when it is hot. That was an unexpected addition which I appreciated. It straightens and curls my wigs fairly well despite it not going up to 480.The heat protector is a sold 10/10. It is effective as well as it smells good.

Item as described. Best straightener I’ve bought as of yet, very happy with my hair results after use. For reference I have thick wavy hair and I have to say this is better than the baby bliss brand I had before!
