My sister gave me the idea to try this. She keeps a glass of water with activated charcoal in it on a counter in her kitchen. When she needs to she just takes a drink. Says it’s good for her ulcer.I don’t have one of those, but I found it helped my digestion a lot. And I prefer taking a pill to keeping a dedicated glass of water in the kitchen.These work just fine, and I’m glad I tried them.I hope this is helpful to someone

These really absorb stuff in your gut. DO NOT take with other supplements!Also, if you have an upset stomach or mild heart burn they will work well for relieving these problems.

Not as effective as Natural Life Lab Activated Charcoal Capsules - which are 1,200 mg. The Horbaack are only 780mg. and one capsule doesn't do the trick for me. For the difference in price and effectiveness, I'd recommend the Natural Life product. It's well worth it!
