This is a good size for the price. Although it's not quite as sticky and thick, and doesn't taste like other Shilajit resin. This Shilajit from BBEEAAUU tastes good, so I'm wondering if it's been sweetened with something. I've only used this for a short time so I can't attest to the effects of this product yet. Nice packaging and attractive glass jar with a golden lid. It includes a wooden measuring stick.

I've tested out some Shilajit supplements in the past, but this was my first time using the resin directly, and I feel like this works!There's been a bunch of recent studies about the reported benefits of Shilajit which is why it's showing up in so many supplements, BUT why go for a supplement when you can go right to the source, and that's where this product comes in! The packaging is well done, and includes a little wooden spoon and some suggestions on how to add to your routine (I personally add some to my tea daily). I've found it dissolves fairly quickly and I did notice some benefits within a few days of normal usage. I run daily and I think this did help with my stamina and recovery, and I found it convenient to use. I feel like the quality of it is good, but without having lab results, I'm not sure how "pure" it may be, but I don't feel like this is poor quality either.No real negatives to report on it, some had said that the taste is bad, which the resin is not intended to taste good, but I think you're also not intended to eat it right from the spoon either! When I mix it with my tea, I don't taste it and again, I think that's the intention, you're supposed to dilute it with something. I think the only suggestion would be if they had lab results check for heavy metals, that would be a nice addition for those that may have concerns.Overall, been using now for several weeks and feel like it's helping with my health, so would recommend!
