Aquatic Dumbells
I use these at YMCA Water Aerobics. I bought my own because they only have 2 sets like this. These are more lightweight and easier on my hands and arm movements.

Great for those who can only tolerate mild exercise!
My wife has lupus and can only tolerate mild exercise. She used them every time we got in the pool. The quality is good add a good value for the money.

Resistance in water too low
These did not give enough resistance for the price. My flabby arms need all the help they can get, I will try the one that has large round ends and see if they are in better.

Small but Good for Pool Walking
Good to use for walking in the pool. They aren't as buoyant as my other weights and not much resistance so it just depends on how you want to use them. The grips are too narrow even for my small hands but I still like them for water walking.

These are great for my aqua fit classes.

Too small and light
If you’re looking for water weights to use for water aerobics class like me, these were practically useless. They’re too light to push much water, thereby giving you very little resistance. They’re too light whole purpose for using water weights. They’re cute though. Give them to your kids!

not really weights
I bought these dumbbells for my mom and I to use for water aerobics in my pool. We were expecting more of a "weighted" dumbbell. These are not weighted at all. The foam is soft yet sturdy. They do provide some resistance in the water. They also have a comfortable grip and don't slip around in the water. They make a nice addition to our water workout accessories.
