I didn't I realise I couldn't breathe...
I was recommended this by a friend to support with my training.Attached the strips. Immediate airflow improvement of near enough 100%! Had no idea just how significantly my breathing was impacted.I now wear them to run, gym and sleep because it makes such a difference.Adhesion is great for sleep but does start wearing off when training beyond 30 mins (mainly due to sweat, but the facial expressions probably don't help either)Taking them off marks a very noticeable decline in breathing. Might be time to speak to an ENT specialist.Either way, highly recommend.

Slightly on big side for me. Also some of them wouldn’t stick do had to use another one

Waste of money
I have purchased these previously and they worked very well. The product I bought this week is a waste of time, they no longer stay stuck to my nose overnight. I bought the clear nasal strips, so, perhaps this is what the problem is - maybe the other type stick better and for longer?Very very disappointed.

Disappointed with adhesive
Breath right extra strong NORMAL strips are great and I bought these given they were clear and better looking…mistake on my part as they are no way near the quality of the non clear ones….expensive too

AMAZING FOR DEVIATED SEPTUM USERS
On my third box since discovering these. They are the best for keeping my nose open at night times.I do have to state that you HAVE to make sure you clean your face as directed as if you don't the natural skin ooils will have these coime off sooner than expected. I have a few times, woken uyp to find these on my ellow, on my arm and random other places through natural movement during the night.

Really good product.
I used these strips at night and they were fantastic. They really cleared my nose and made breathing so much easier. Highly recommended.
