The title says Titanium Steel. I bought it because of that. I am allergic to stainless steel and only a minute after putting this ring on my finger became itchy and swelled up. I can’t wear it at all.

Does not spin well and the sizes run small. Disappointing. The whole point of buying it is the spin.Update* After some use the spinning has loosened and it does spin better. Half the time it spins very well and other half it spins but not as freely. Overall for the price it isn't bad.
