Very poor quality
I purchased 1.5 Ton Inverter AC in 2017. In Feb 2024, the Electronic Board in the Outside Unit failed. The O General Nagercoil Service Centre charged me ₹ 12,500 and replaced with a new Electronic Board. Last week the same outside Electronic Board failed again and the Company's Nagercoil Service Centre is demanding me another ₹ 12,500. How can I pay again in a span of 3 months. I already have a V- Guard Inverter AC Stabiliser (₹ 5,000) and don't know why this AC is failing again and again. Worst quality AC in India. I will never buy O General ACs again.
