I’m very impressed with this compact device. Everyone in my family wanted to try it out.Overall it’s very easy to use. I like that all the buttons are labeled and it seems well put together. I charged mine once and have used it for a week without needing to plug it in. There’s an option for a 30 min, 60 min, or 120 min timer. A tiny light appears next to the timer I choose, so it’s clear whether the timer is off or on. The nightlight is optional and provides a soft, pleasant glow.The included eye mask is a great bonus! If only my teen hadn’t snagged it immediately! It’s adjustable, comfortable and provides excellent coverage. No weird smells! I’m picky about that with new products, especially one on my face. I can wear it loosely and it keeps the light out. It includes a raised area so that I can open my eyes comfortably while wearing the mask. Also included is a small strap to add to the case. My teen happily attached this to his keys instead. I don’t think the strap is a necessary addition to the calm kit, but it’s a great extra for anyone who likes to fidget.There are a wide variety of sleep sounds. The soft instrumental sounds seem perfect for a baby or toddler’s room. I like the soft water sounds, and one sound that is like a hum; it reminds me of a gentle Om on repeat. My teenage son uses rain sounds nightly to fall asleep, and he approves of the rain sounds included. My younger daughter likes to fall asleep with the nighttime nature sounds.There are 5 sets of affirmations and 4 guided meditations. I haven’t used affirmations before, but I like that each set has a unique brief introduction. They are very positive and seem like a great form of self-care. I do meditate regularly, and I like the guided meditations included. They focus on the breath and relaxation. The Sleep Talk-Down is my favorite.I think this was an excellent gift for my family. It created interest in self-care and a nightly sleep routine.

A white noise machine that offers so much more!!!I just wanted to search for a white nose sound machine, and then i discovered this product. This isn't like any other simple sound machine in the market. This offers so much more! It has all the nature sounds like all other white noise machines offer, this also including 9 guided meditations! Great for beginners who want to practice meditation and self care! I am a beginner, so i am practice them every day, and i am having positive experiences with them! My favorite is the stress relief and sleep talk down! It also has the carry case i bring the super soft black out mask with me in my car so i can use the mask to take naps in the car during my long day trips! I was skeptical but this little device lives up to its advertising! Wonderful sound. Great affirmations for every aspect of my life. It sits right by my chair so that I can easily reach it.

The sound quality is nice on most noise selections. I love the camp fire setting, with exception that you can tell it's on a loop. It is hard to adjust volume. You have to keep pressing the button until it goes all the way to loudest volume to start over again. Looks nice on dresser.

This machine has so many great sounds, music, and positive affirmations. My whole life is better now. I’m so rich and well rested all because of this great sound machine.

It will help put you to sleep

The volume is frustrating to get right. There is no up or down and you have to click one button many times until you get to the volume you want.I’m not sure why there would be an introduction to each affirmation button. It takes a few minutes for the women to explain why affirmations are important before getting into them. If this is a personal device why would the user need to hear that daily?Also I dislike how she says the affirmations. She starts by saying “I am” and then repeats it as “you are”. Defeats the purpose.There are better apps to use for this purpose. Wasn’t very impressed with the machine. The sleep mask wasn’t very comfortable either and left a large gap to let light in.

I have a hard time sleeping at night with the random noises around me, so I typically sleep with a fan. But I wanted to try out a white noise machine and gave this one a try, and I'm very pleased with it!It has way more noises than I expected. There are a few that have a "fan" sound, and they work great at night to mute outside noises. There are also outdoor noises (birds, water, rain, etc) that I like.There's also some meditation settings. I only listed to the beginning of a few, but they are a neat idea that I plan to try at a later date. It also came with a travel case - which I will definitely use if & when I travel. I'm excited to have the ability to block out hotel sounds lol.All in all, it's a nice little machine that I'm already using every night.
