I think that this is very good magnesium. I take just one table before each bike training session, and I have no issues with cramps whatsoever anymore. With some other magnesium tables that I tried, I normally could still feel some muscle spasming during harder efforts (especially in my calves), but with this magnesium, I have no such issues at all. The tables are also very easy to swallow.

Dabei recht es aus, wenn man eine Tablette täglich nach der Mahlzeit zu sich nimmt. Die Einnahme ist problemlos und es gab auch keine Probleme mit der Verträglichkeit oder so.Am Tag wenn man 2 Stunden im Fitness war und dann am späten Abend noch zum Tanzen geht merke ich spätestens danach oder in der Nacht, ob ich Magnesium zugeführt habe oder nicht, was sich durch Krämpfe in den Beinen bemerkbar machen würde.
