Works so far, with good suction and app is not necessary
I had a basic Eufy for years, and it worked great. Importantly, it did not require me to download and use an app. Due to an unfortunate accident, however, after years of service and still going stong, it was broken beyond repair. After trying another brand which did not work, I decided to go for this big fancy Eufy. It solves my two big issues with my trusty and durable basic Eufy robovac: (1) it self-empties, so all you need to do is turn it on; and (2) it has this cutting thing where it cuts up hair that is caught in the brushes. This feature is incredible! We have two dogs, two cats, and three humans with long hair. With the old Eufy, I would have to sit there with scissors, regularly, cutting the hair from brushes that were so full of hair that there was no room for anything to be vacuumed. This robot does its cutting thing, and then whisks away the cut hair. Amazing!I've only had it for a day, but it is working well, with strong suction, and another feature that is really nice: a voice that tells you what is wrong rather than blinking lights that you then need to look up to decode. I would have rolled my eyes at the need for this, but honestly, it is really nice not having to look up those codes! Makes things smoother and easier, which is the point of a robovac, right?I will try to remember to update, regarding longevity/durability, but I can say that my basic Eufy lasted for several years, and was going strong until the unfortunate accident.

Decent Robo Vac, that Mops??!? Sorta.
I've had it for about two weeks so far and here are my thoughts. The App- Its alright. It maps out your house pretty good. Pretty easy overall to use- It'll send notifications to your phone if there's any issues the vac runs into. (Really helpful when you're in the other room)- Easy to setup no go zones.- The con is that sometimes it doesn't load my previous no-go zones. So I'll have to re-add them. Sometimes frustrating but eh, not the worst in the world. The Docking Station:- Not too big- I like that it has a station to cut the hair. I've checked this a couple of times now and each time the bottom of the vac was hair free.- Does get loud when cleaning out the robot but its not too bad.Robot- Overall does a good job. It cleans 500-600sqft in about 45mins and the battery drains to about 25% left.- The app allows for 3 different suction mode, so that helps the noise level dramatically. I also turn mine on max but its best to do it if no one is asleep. If you run it on the lowest setting, its not too loud at all.The Mopping Feature- I was skeptical at first and remain so. It was hard to find instructions about how to load it but once you figure it out, its super easy.- I run this feature every other day and overall happy with the results.- It only does a lite clean/mop and does not get any tough stains out.- I overall enjoy this feature. Though it does not get a DEEP clean, it does a nice surface clean. I notice foot prints typically do go away. But my wife will typically want to mop up every couple of days to get a nice deep clean. How to use the mop feature?- You can take out the dust bin latch and on the top there's a silicon cover that holds the water in. Simply un-plug it, feel it with warm water and plug it back.- The vac comes with a mop attachment that the robot detects when you slap it on. You'll want to wet the mop pad prior to installing it (as mentioned in the directions). This allows for a more even clean on the surface level.- The app does allow you to change the water amount being used. I typically just have mine on full blast and with 500-600sqft, it typically uses about 75% of the water.- The app does let you when its low on water.I find it easier to setup the app first and define your no-go zones first. Then proceed with setting up the vac. This is because when you fill up the vac with water, you're gonna get a little wet and I didn't like dealing with my smart-phone with damped hands. One thing I wish is they sold additional mop pads on their amazon store, I hope they do in the future.

Best Robovac yet!
I have had a few robovacs over the years, and this one is easily the best value I have seen. My first robot was a Eufy 11s, which I still have. Given it's limitations, it has been moved to the second floor, which is only three bedrooms & a tiny hallway. That area doesn't get very dirty anyhow. The L60 hybrid lives on our main floor, and does every room except the living room, which is the only carpeted room. This way I can leave the L60 on vac & mop mode, as all the rest of our floors are hardwood. This robovac has the most extensive, and easiest to navigate menu I have found yet, and leaves the cleanest floors as well. We did try on regular L60 SES, but the mopping pad makes that much of a difference, espescially on light colored floors. We also tried an iLife hybrid model, but the lack of a beater brush meant that it did a poor job of vacuuming both dirt & fur. The hair cutting system on the new Eufy does a fantastic job of keeping the brush clean, removing the single biggest chore the old 11s required. Add the Self Empty Station, and the only thing I need to maintain on the L60 is adding water for the mop every other day. I think I can handle that!If you haven't had a robovac yet, you need to get one. If you are looking for a hybrid vac, and for it to self empty, I can highly recommend this one.

Eufy L60 died after 9 months, Replacement lasted 2 weeks.
We purchased an Eufy L60 in February 2024. It worked for about 9 months. We had issues with losing the vacuum in the app, lost wi-fi, deep sleep mode, and lose the entire time. Then we started getting motor brush errors and it would not clean. We did all maintenance as require, yet it died. I bought a brand new brush grill, brush, filters and more and nothing I tried worked to stop the errors. After a month of back and forth with support, they had us send in our old vacuum then they sent as a new one. We’ve been trying to use the new one for about three weeks now. Ran fine the first time but noticed the battery drained too fast. Now it won’t charge on the dock. It’s been powering itself off and not charging for over a week, no matter how many times I reposition it on the dock and try to get it to charge or boot up.Very disappointing. I would like Amazon to refund my vacuum and all the additional supplies I bought for it.Red indicators of death!!
