Very easy install and set up. I like the app and multiple operating OS. I especially like the geo fencing perimeters, it ranges from close to 10 miles or more. Other thermostats that I have tried are only a few hundred feet.I also like the vacation set up also very nice programing. I am a heating & air company owner. I have been in the business over 30 years, and I give this thermostat 5 stars plus +++

I now have a total of eight of these thermostats. Five of them for Mitsubishi heat pumps, mini splits, 1 for a Tosot-gree heat pump, mini split and two for conventional hot air and hot water baseboard. For the heat pump, mini splits, it was pretty much plug-and-play after following the directions. The hot air system with AC in my house would not work after following the wiring diagram. I called customer service and spoke with Jason and after a few pictures back-and-forth figured out that I did not have a C wire to my thermostat. Made one connection at the furnace and we were up and running. I find these thermostats, more user-friendly than the thermostats that we’re going to come with the Mitsubishi and tosot heat pump mini split units. The six thermostats that I have for my heat pump mini splits are 400 miles away and I have no problem controlling them with the app on my phone.

i had a problem with my new thermostat which was installed by a pro. Called the help line and ian and sam figured it out. they were very patient and knowledgeable. thanks for the great service. great customer support.

No es bueno y a das de demoran mucho en envía el reembolso ya hace más de 10 días que lo devolvieron y asta el dentro de 7 días es que lo devolverán es decir casi 20 días para el reembolso no es justoIt's not good and they take a long time to send the refund. It's been more than 10 days since they returned it and they won't return it until 7 days from now, that is, almost 20 days for the refund, it's not fair.

Set up and operation a little difficult

Great looking thermostat. Wish it had a filter reminder, but aside from this would buy again.Had no issue with customer service.
