Easy setup. Works great with the Nintendo Wii to play on my new tv that does not have audio and video ports. Now it connects with a HDMI cable to a HDMI port.

Worked just fine
The item arrived promptly and was packaged well. It wasn't hard to install on my VCR/DVD and connect to my tv. The power cord was long enough to reach the power strip although it didn't come with the plug in block but nothing does anymore. Tried watching a movie and the setup worked very well. Did not notice any difference in picture quality. Would definitely purchase this product again.

The converter works great. We can watch our VHS movies on our smart TV with the HDMI cable.But more amazing than the device is the customer service.

Works great, with a minor exception
Works as intended; however, I kind of wish it was better at tweaking the display. In my case, I'm stuck with a stretched out image on modern widescreen, which may or may not be great depending on the game. I did try the switches on the device to see if they'd help, but not really much of an impact. Regardless, I thought it'd be a nice way to capture video to then display on my computer; otherwise, I think I'd settle with the composite inputs on my TVs. I had heard that composite's no longer in rotation on modern TVs, which is fine if you have one of these, I suppose.
