Great product for budget friendly parts
Have only used for a short time as I am waiting for a jetting kit for the carb i am running, but holds up well and the valve springs don't want to let the valves float even when free reving the motor, for the cost of this kit I would reccomend it to anyone on a smaller budget wanting to get more performance out of there mini bike or go kart engine. This went in a coleman b200r but will work for most honda clone engines. Don't recomend to use the spark plug that came with the kit, go buy an ngk bpr7es, its the equivalent of the included spark plug but will run better

Well made.
Used this flywheel on a predator build. I didn't want to fork out for a billet flywheel on a budget-built engine. This flywheel is rated for way more RPM's than I will turn. There was a noticeable difference in felt torque after install. I assume due to the weight difference between the cast steel flywheel and the aluminum one. This is cheap insurance against a grenading cast iron flywheel that could seriously maim you. If you have any performance upgrades that increase the RPM's, I highly recommend this upgrade. Be aware, if you run any type of lights, this flywheel will not provide power.

Works great
So far, seems to be working well. Haven't installed the valve springs as I can't find my feeler gauge. The casting has several spots that appear cracked, but I think it's just casting blemishes rather than actual cracks. There's not much of a weight difference from the cast iron one but wanted to get rid of the plastic fin wheel and not spend over $100 on a billet.

Timing inaccurately stated by supplier
The supplier is inaccurately stating this flywheel to be “32 degrees “…. “This flywheel features an 8 degree built in timing advance to bring the ignition timing to 32 degrees TDC”. The two I purchased are 18 degrees, huge difference which leads to power and speed loss. If the N symbol on the flywheel front by the magnets lines up just left of center with the inner magnetic then you have an 18 degree not a 32 degree advanced. The Amazon suppliers either list these at 32 degrees advanced or don’t state a specification. If running a stock 296c or 212 engine with governor delete then buy a 6 degree timing key and use that instead of the timing key supplied with the flywheel. If you have a modified 196cc or 212 then purchase a 10 or 12 degree timing key (I don’t think they make a 14 degree timing key) this will get you to approx 28 to 30 degrees.

Best bang for buck
Can't really beat it for the price, already set timing for most cams, decent built quality. However the fact that it came with a spark plug and springs was a bit odd but free stuff never hurts

Junk Flywheel
Absolute Junk!! Mini bike went from 47 miles per hour, down to 35 miles per hour after installing this flywheel in my predator 212. Went back to stock and at least I’m getting 47 mph again! Dont Buy!
