Great for small businesses
I feel this would suit small businesses best.It feels very cheap buttons wise and the clicking of the button is highly annoying. I wasn’t able to find an option to turn the sound off of it.Setting up can take some time, the keypad options and menus are fiddly and not as easy as the manual suggests. But once set up the finger print and card worked fine and was easy to use.It comes with 4 cards, but you can use finger print instead or password. So plenty of options to log in with. You can view the employee logs on the machine, you can also export them via the USB provided.I feel the power lead given is a little short especially if to mount the machine on the wall, it would make it low down if the plug sockets are low. Could easily be used on a desk without any issues though.Overall I’d say it is great for small businesses or something to use at a pinch of previous one has failed.

Handy clocking machine
I run a small-ish company that runs out of various sites and on one of them I have to supply proof of hours on site. Until recently this has been a manual record from a signing book, however I have had issues with vandalism of the book (by non employees) and issues regarding the accuracy of signing in times with some unfair (and some fair) accusations made about cooking the books by employees.Having tested this machine it is not actually suitable for my site - there is no master password setting or master fingerprint setting. This unfortunately does not meet my GDPR requirements but also means that anyone can search through the menus and can read and master wipe the data. Now for a small office where there are no other company's employees or customers this is probably a perfect machine. In use I find the fingerprint reading to be quite excellent, and though it can double register the id cards it doesn't make duplicate entries to the account log. The spreadsheet logs are very good and all in all the quality of the machine is good quality. The voice interface may be a little loud for a quiet office environment but is probably easy to get used to I would imagine. For my uses this is not perfect, however I feel the manufacturer could either add a master password/fingerprint facility then the utility of this for all purposes would be fantastic. As I say I may have missed this feature, but having surfed all the menus I cannot find this setting anywhere.

First rate
This unit is at the budget end of the market, but if you’re a small employer with up to 5 employees, I’d suggest you don’t need anything more. I’ve tested a couple which were twice the price of this and they didn’t offer as many features. This machine is good because there’s a back up feature which means that if there’s a power failure, data isn’t lost. It also stores data on a usb stick and it doesn’t require wifi. Another plus is there’s no monthly subscription to support the functions. It’s supplied with 5 rfid cards, has fast fingerprint identification and it’s very neat. In addition to arrival and departure time recording, it can also be used with Excel to produce attendance time sheets. If the number of employees increases, it has capability to store up to 1000 fingerprints and support 1000 RFID cards. It’s supplied with full user friendly instructions, mounting fitments if you want to attach to a wall and power plug. Very easy set up and a great way to monitor attendance.

Great for a small business.
I think that this time clock machine is a great choice for small businesses as it is easy to set up, you don't need any Wi-Fi, and it doesn't use messy ribbons or get jammed. You can store up to 1,000 fingerprints, 1,000 RFID cards, and 100,000 records, so it would work for bigger companies too. One of the best things about this machine is that it has a built-in backup battery. So, if the power goes out, you don't have to worry about losing your data. It will automatically save all of the punches and employee information.Another great feature I feel is that it can automatically generate attendance reports. You can download these reports in Excel format to a flash drive, so you can easily track employees' hours This machine has voice prompts in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so it's easy to use for employees who speak different languages. It's easy to set up, use so I think it would be a great purchase for those setting up a small business or a replacement for an unreliable and outdated machine.

Easy to use and set up
Clocking in machineA useful little clocking in machine that works via fingerprint. This comes with a UK plug power supply, it can be attached to the wall. You can store up to 1000 fingerprints, it has 8gb data free, a back up too, so you're not losing any attendance records, there are voice prompts making it quite easy to use.You can add different departments, add shift patterns, add all employee registrations, add attendance rules and if they're allowed to go over by a certain amount of time, you can also easily download and view attendance records at any time and more .I think this is good for the price. Fairly easy to follow and set up, I would recommend it.

Works, fingerprint inconsistent
The machine works fine for the most part, it looks quite professional etc on a wall, but it's not the easiest thing in the world to use, especially with fingerprints. I find it's quite inconsistent with mine when I tested it, after registering my index finger.Otherwise it works okay, the sound is annoying so I disabled that in the settings, but it comes with a few cards and other accessories to use, and the 8GB flash drive also works fine (I tested it and verified capacity)The included power cable isn't very long, so you'll need to place it near a plug socket.
