Honestly wasn't expecting anything more than "it'll do". It's way better than that. Much better quality than a DIY chain. Frame v. substantial and feather edge is great. Think proper timber merchant quality.

If I could leave them a zero i would! I have tried to return the gate as the quality is very poor and was no longer needed. However when you try to return you have to try and drop it off at a local post office and if you don't have the facilities to do that they charge you another £39 to pick it up, ridiculous!

Strong and sturdy gate,however the Z frame joints didn't line up as well as they could have. It hasn't made any difference to me but something I should point out.Overall very happy and the gate looks good.

The gate was in poor state, Roth all over with pieces missing at the top and broken off gaps in the woodwork of the fence they could needly see through workmanship very power for the amount of money are paid I think I was ripped off

Great door, but lousy communication/deliveryThe door itself is really good, great build quality and worth the moneyHowever, there has been no communication about a delivery date/time, even now when the door was delivered first thing this morning, the tracking does not say it's out for deliveryThe delivery itself wasn't great either, they just dumped the gate on our front and left without even trying to help my wife (who's just had a knee op) move it
