Very good customer service from my experience
Excellent Service & Trustworthy Company. To be honest I was first afraid that I got scammed as I payed so much and it is not direct from Newa.I ordered the Newa Plus and received it the next day, but the device had an issue—an orange light stayed on and it felt warm even when not in use. I was worried it was a scam since I didn’t buy directly from Newa. But I called the Encore retailer right away, and they were amazing. They took my complaint seriously and replaced the device within hours.I was surprised the plug was American, but they even included a converter and offered to swap the device for a corded version if I preferred. Thanks to their great service and warranty, I felt confident keeping the same model. It works perfectly now, and they even gave me extra gel. Really impressed and grateful alhamdulilah! I am ok to use the same rechargable device and dont get a refund as it was very easy to contact them and they really take there responsability. Thank you!
