This is a very useful thing for me. Now I am actively working on my body, and trying to lose weight after giving birth, but unfortunately I don't have enough time for training, so this device is very convenient for me. When I play with my child or cook, clean, I can easily use this simulator, it works very actively on the muscles of my stomach and arms. Never imagined how good this would really work I might have over done it with my first use because I was sore but man this really does stimulate your muscles and even have different patterns designed for different muscle objectives and the smaller bands can be used on your arms or legs and it definitely will tighten and tone you up this was well worth the price

I used it 3 times then returned it, the built is too small for a 77lbs guy, the intensity of the electric like waves were pretty weak on third time even after recharging the battery.My overall experience wasn't good.The product has multiple modes and intensity, I am sure it would be a good one if the quality was a bit better

I bought two of these; one for a gift. It seems to be working on this older guy! I put it on walking in the park, yardwork, in the house, wherever as often as recommended by the mfr. I like it and see a difference

Works very well. Once you get used to operating it, it works well. I think only issue is the material is a little thin, which makes me wonder on longevity. As for operation I think it works well as described. Personally I would advise that when you use the belt, I would recommend a light misting of the skin as well because when you spray belt the water slides off as you're setting up.

I was actually skeptical about this but I decided to try it. I am so glad I did. I use before I go work out to wake up my muscles. This helps me really focus on the two areas I have the most issues with: abs and arms. I feel sore just using it! I highly recommend anyone who has a desk job to buy thi.

I’ve been working out for over 10 years and I’ve always had trouble training my core muscles. I bought this product hoping it would help and it really has. I’ve developing more strength in my core and it’s been helping my other lifts. My wife also seems to like the results ;)
