I am a runner with slight pronation/flat feet but for the most part have been fine wearing neutral shoes. I bought some Hoka running shoes and found they were too soft on longer runs leading to arch pain in my feet.Since I'd just spent a lot of money on the shoes I wasn't willing to give up on wearing them so I ordered these and they have improved the comfort of the shoes so much! My feet no longer get tired and achey even after 10+ miles. I was worried I might get blisters due to the arch support pushing up against my foot, but it was totally fine and once I got going I barely noticed it.I intend to buy more for day to day use too now, I didn't know what I was missing!

These come very nicely boxed. You can easily cut these to size, and they are comfy, but from Scholl and for the price of around sixteen quid, you can get very similar for half the price. I don't like a big, hard arch support, but I'm surprised that Scholl hasn't given me a better arch support. It's very shallow. Once this is in my shoe, I can hardly feel it.

My body is falling to bits, I get bad knees and I've got a dodgy hip.Good shoe inserts have made a big difference, I've had some which were just foam and they flattened after a short period of time and had no shock-absorbency at all. But these aren't like that...These are great, the gel compresses nicely and spreads the load out. I recently took these out of my shoes after a few months of wearing them and they have worn - but that's expected - but they haven't squashed down, that means they are still providing support.I highly recommend these, you can get very cheap insoles, but it's worth spending a bit more for something which will last a long time rather than end up like wafers after a few hours!!!
