NFO Omega 3 6 9 Salmon Oil: A Quality Blend for Holistic Well-Being
I recently delved into the world of NFO supplements, and among them, I decided to try the 'NFO Omega 3 6 9 Salmon Oil' with 120 soft gels. Essential fatty acids are crucial for overall health, benefiting the heart, brain function, skin, and joints. What caught my attention is that this supplement offers a combination of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9, providing a comprehensive approach to well-being.One notable aspect is the quality and taste of these soft gels. Unlike traditional capsules, you can bite into these, and the experience is surprisingly pleasant, exuding a sense of high quality. The 120-capsule supply means you have about 40 days of Omega 3, 6, and 9 support. Admittedly, the cost, around £28, might seem a bit on the higher side when compared to other brands in a simple search. However, considering the quality, the reputable NFO brand name, and the included certifications, I find the cost justified. As someone who understands the positive impact of boosting Omega oils intake, I anticipate experiencing improvements in skin and joint health within my planned 30 days of supplementation. I plan to provide an update to this review after the trial period to share my extended thoughts on the effectiveness of this supplement. So, stay tuned for a more comprehensive overview of my experience with the 'NFO Omega 3 6 9 Salmon Oil'.

Clearly a quality fish oil
It seems to be a very high-quality fish oil with very high levels of purity and clear attention to eliminating toxicity such as mercury, which is very important for me, as I have been working hard on detoxing for a decade now, and mercury has been a problem for me in the past.I deducted one star for two reasons. Firstly, I could find details of the EPA/DHA ration, which is usually recommended to be 2 to 1, although this can vary depending on a person's particular needs. It would have been nice to have included this along with all the other data that the manufacturers have kindly provided. The second reason for only four stars rather than five is a pet peeve of mine. The print on the back of the bottle is so small that I can't even read it with my glasses on, and my prescription is only 1.25, so I can often read labels without glasses. It might sound petty to a youngster with 20:20 vision, but for anyone over 60, it is unfair to have labels that require an electron microscope to read (slight sarcasm there). There is no other reason, other than bad design, why this label has such a small print. Even if it were doubled in size, it would still be small.

No fishy burps - major selling point for me
The benefits of fish oils are inarguably proven and I want to take them, the only problem I have is any time I have in the past I end up with horrible fishy burps, and as someone who doesn't enjoy the taste of fish, it's a no go for me.I figured with these being much more expensive they may be better quality and I have been told before that expensive ones don't have the fish taste. So I've been using these for around two weeks now and not once have I had a fishy burp. That's as much as I need to know to justify the price. Great quality product, loads in a tub and as long as your willing to pay the higher price, an excellent product. Can't really say much about long term benefits as it's only been two weeks, but I believe the research indicates that taking these is highly beneficial to heart and overall health.

From Fresh Wild Caught Salmon
When it comes to fish oil the most important thing for me is that it is from fresh, wild caught salmon so I was very pleased to order these. I've been scouring the shops to find affordable Salmon to eat but I'm finding that most of the Salmon in the supermarkets are farmed fish so this is a much cleaner, affordable option of getting my Omega 3, 6 and 9. NFO appears to be a reputable company with certification in several countries. The dose is 3 capsules a day, they are easy to swallow and these will last 40 days. They're a bit pricey but this is clearly down to the quality. This is a product I would like to keep taking.

more than omega 3,6,9
These capsules are small and very easy to swallow, you have to take 2-3 a day. There is a rank fishy smell in the bottle but the capsules themselves don't have any taste and don't leave a fishy aftertaste in the throat. These have not only the typical omega 3,6 and 9 but also 3,4,5,7 and 11 so there is a wide range of benefits for the skin, organs, bones and various other functions of the body. Best to consume these with foods that have healthy fats to increase absorption.

Shockingly over priced fish oil
I’ve been taking omega fish oil capsules for a very long time and been through a lot of brands and varieties. In essence, there is very little difference in terms of them, you are primarily looking for an omega supplement. Omega is Omega. You get 120 capsules in this bottle - and the label encourages a dose of 2 or 3 per day. So that makes this a two month supply at best - at this price that is ridiculous. The marketing blurbs and photos show multiple photos of “certifications” from different agencies. Never seen that before, and unsure why it’s relevant. Fish oil is a commodity. No information on the exact amount of omega / vitamins or capsule, except one infographic mentioning 300mg, which I assume is the weight of actual salmon oil. But under “technical details” at the bottom of this listing it states “745mg”.I cannot recommend purchasing AT ALL this at what at the time of writing this they are charging (£27.99) - you’ll need a second mortgage to fund a year’s supply.Thumbs down, despite all of the marketing expounding that it being from Norway makes it a “gourmet” supplement. Being generous with two stars as it does seem to be a premium product and the capsules are small and easy to take.
