The product arrived promptly and in good condition. With products of this type it's most difficult to be able to comment on results and they're not tangible and very gradual. I'm hoping they do as they suggest.

Great product, nice packaging, will buy again

The shilajit is packaged in small tablet form and tastes almost nothing, so that's good as it is easy to swallow as a daily intake supplement. After using it for a while, I feel that taking shilajit alone doesn't help much though the package does claim to include many other minerals. The raw shilajit can have a quick effect, I have seen that elsewhere, however using these capsules as a diet supplement that also contains other elements like Vitamin D, Vitamin B, turmeric, etc. is what really should be done on a daily basis. Taking shilajit in such a minute amount has to be done over a long period of time to see any tangible results. So far I do not feel any big improvements however I feel that they are good but not enough on their own.Price and quality is good so overall a decent product aimed at first time users of shilajit and people with vitamin and other deficiencies that may want to use natural product to improve their health.

My titles refers to the fact that traditional use of Shilajit (a black tarry substance found in mountains, as used for centuries as a superfood) is a bit finicky. The tarry (or hard) substance makes it hard to obtain a precise dose.Furthermore, there is a lot of fake Shilajit out there, and some real stuff is tained with lead and other heavy metals. This certainly smells like Shilajit, but that does not definitely prove its quality.So to have a standardised form is a good thing in principle. However, it is not certain to what extent this is a certified tested form of Shilajit (minus the unverifiable platitudes in the listing), and these tablets contain binders whose affect on absorption of the various minerals is not known.So convenience yes, but is it still a viable product? Hard to tell.
