I love the Palmer's brand and have enjoyed all their products for years. I recently was turned onto cleansing balms to remove my make-up and won't go back! This product has the usual Palmers coconut smell, light and refreshing (I'm sensitive to smells as they trigger migraines and this is never a problem for me). It takes my make-up off with no harsh scrubbing or rubbing. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, but not oily. Its light, I dont feel as if I have a heavy layer on my skin at night. Very much recommend this product. I will be ordering it regularly as part of my nighttime skin routine.

This works better than some cleansing balms at removing eye makeup but not as good as Elf. It just takes a little more rubbing than Elf but is better than Juno. I like the coconut smell but some might find it strong.

Love that its a balm and takes my makeup right off! No skin irritation what so ever.The price point is excellent.

I was pretty blown away by this product. I like it so much better than the cleansing oils i've been using . I think i like the texture better..and the price? you can't beat it. It does just as good a job of removing my makuep. I'm a big believer in double cleansing..it completley changed my skin for the better. I never...EVER get pimples since i've started using the double cleanse method. And i love that this has ingredients like vitamins c and e and retinol. I'm 49 so retinol at my age is a must. It does a great job of cleaning my skin before going in with a face brush and cleanser. I'll never not double cleanse again. I recommend that everyone do it. And this is such an affordable option for that

I am probably pretty biased, since I usually enjoy almost every Palmer's product that I use. I have used the liquid cleansing oil from the brand and really like it, so I decided to give this balm version a shot. I have been using it daily for the past 2 weeks or so, and really like how effective it is at removing makeup and sunscreen.There are two things that some may not like about the product--like most Palmer's products it does have a light fragrance and it is a balm you have to scoop out with your fingers. These things do not bother me, but I know some people would be bothered. I enjoy the fragrances Palmer's uses--they are usually very light and I consider them a bonus. I've never had any adverse skin reaction to their products, and every time I try something new from them I am usually very satisfied--this product is no exception.

L I’me how tgg he e product cleanses skin. Does not dry out skin like other products. Coconut smell is a bit strong for me but I am not a big fan of that scent. If you like the coconut scent you will love this!

Use it everyday for my make up! Only takes 2 minutes
