I sleep much better while using these. It was very surprising to me that it worked so well. I wish they stayed attached to my feet better though as I prefer sleeping without socks but whenever I try to sleep without socks I wake up with gunk on my sheets and to find them nearly off.

The product is really great! It does exactly what it says and more for me. I like to use it every other week.

It’s the same effectiveness as with cheap Chinese similar pads. Not worthy at all. I bought only out of curiosity to check if they’re better and differ from the cheaper ones. The ones I bought from Shein do absolutely the same job as these. What’s more, these pads are too sticky and it’s way harder to peel them off. The size of the pads is bigger too but for me it doesn’t make much sense. Maybe this size is more suitable for men’s feet (which are generally longer than female ones). Anyway, the product is good but way too expensive.I used these pads for detoxification, I didn’t think of pain relief at that time. I believe they help relieve pain as well but didn’t focus on it.

I used this for four days. The patch turned black as predicted. The adhesive was very strong and difficult to peel off. On the morning after the fourth day a half-inch strip of skin came off n with the tape. It caused considerable bleeding, and a very sore foot. My problem is not with the patch, it is with th adhesive. I will not use the fifth one.

Okay, I know some people do not believe these can work, I had read up on them before buying. Here is my take, THEY WORKED FOR ME !! I put them on twice in a row and yes, they turned black and that is expected with heat as they have " wood vinegar" in them which is basically burned bamboo aged. I have problems with fluid in my legs. After 2 nights my legs lost 1/2 inch of swelling and felt so much better. I think vinegar is a healing substance anyway and charcoal removes toxins. These are convenient and stayed put all night. I will be using them at least twice a week. Recommend you give them a try.

Wish I would of bought more than 5 days worth is the only complaint. Product is great. On time delivery. Clean and undamaged package.Thank you.
