Perfect for blue/ green people (colors are blue black and red). Writes smooth, haven’t had any issues with smearing as it dries fairly quickly, fits easily and well in medium sized hand with a good wide grip. Perfect for people who need different colors for different tasks.

I love this pen! Great for nursing notes. 3 colors and all work great. Ideal for my note taking, especially on index cards.

Smooth writing, comfortable to use, this is 0.38 point. It is very very fine. I like it, though I would prefer a tip that is not as fine. Just got this for the first time, so I can't speak to durability. For now I recommend.Update: there is some skipping. Overall I more strongly recommend the pilot 4 color, but this is still an adequate pen.

I bought a different color (white) of this same pen from a different seller (it came with ink refills too), and I love the way this writes--a ballpoint pen (not gel) that writes smoothly and finely. My only complaint is that at least one out of the four that I bought had leakage issues.

These pens are extremely versatile. The three color way makes it the all-around pen without having to bring three pens at once.Ink Thickness:The 0.5mm is the best thickness in my opinion (I normally like fine point pens for better precision for note taking). My ideal pen thickness is 0.4mm because 0.38mm is too thin. When the pen is super thin, it is highly susceptible to skipping and you have to write slowly to ensure the ink transfers onto the paper.Ink:Uni Jetstream is a ballpoint pen, not a gel ink pen. As a result, the pens are obviously not as “inky” or bold as gel pens usually are. However, ballpoint pens have their advantage in that the ink last much longer and typically dries a lot faster (especially for left-handed writers).Ergonomic:The “Slim” version of Uni Jetstream 3 has a thinner body than the regular Jetstream 3. However, the Slim version does not have grip and it does start to hurt your hand after writing for a while.The pen is very lightweight and does not have a heavy “body”. You definitely have to put more pressure on the pen to hold it still. If you need a sturdy and weight-forward pen, the Pilot Center of Gravity pens are amazing for ergonomic usage.Grip:The grip on the pen is very comfortable. It will definitely hold up during long note-taking sessions without making your hand hurt.Quality:The body of the pens are made of plastic and definitely not the most sturdy. However, for the price, the pens is a great value.

I needed to color code my nursing report and this was the perfect pen. With three different types of colors black, red, blue they all write really smoothly. The pen itself is really light and the tip of the pen is really thin so my writing comes out neater than thicker tipped pens!

This is a must buy for planner heads but wish it was different combo pen color. Like purple, pink, and green. Or purple, orange, and green.

Great pen but don't count on finding the refills on Amazon unless you buy another pen. I've purchased several of these pens in the past year and I can never find the refills for them.
