Excellent customer service
The steam press is very sleek and has a nice appearance. I like the layout of the touch screen. I had a few questions and issues with the steam press and reached out to the company for troubleshooting help. I emailed the email address provided in the manual. I exchanged a number of emails with the company and they were very kind and helpful. Their customer service is great. As for the steam press, it didn’t work out for my particular needs but I think an “average user” such as someone who wants to press their laundry/clothes and can take their time with it, would enjoy this product.

Dislike the beeping when heat is off and no way to disable it

Good iron, zero customer support assistance
I purchased this iron over a year ago. While it works well, the digital display is in celsius. I have tried mutliple times to find customer assistance with no luck. Nothing is in the instructions book offered when purchased. Amazon customer service stated it couldn't find any support number for the seller.
