Surprisingly high quality especially at price point
So far so good, once balanced and padded into position it is quiet and efficient, with a good range of editable wash cycles and handy features like the "pause" function (so you can add a latecomer to the drum, which may result in less widowed socks kicking around hopefully) and the self cleaning steam cycle to eliminate the buildup of bacteria that is inevitable in a washing machine drum.Since we have two children, two cats and a dog and a back garden made currently of mud, having no washing machine for 3 days has led to a staggeringly large backlog, however this plucky little machine has taken the job on and has already dispatched most of the pile to the dryer (which is now the bottleneck and running 24hrs a day until we achieve "normal" laundry backlog levels, at which point I will ease up and run that decontamination protocol on the washing machine). It's surprising how much the drum actually holds, our last machine was bigger but finally after a long and faithful service life it died dramatically (the drum split and it was a write-off). However this machine does a better job and is much quieter.

Great performance and value.
I wanted to wait until I’ve owned this product long enough to give a fair review. I’m extremely pleased with it! The spin cycle is nice and quiet, the door although lightweight and easy to open/close feels robust. There are lots of wash cycles to choose from but in all honesty some will never be used. I agree with other reviewers though on the lack of a fast but proper wash cycle. However, the machine does weigh the load and will reduce wash time if appropriate. There is a 15 min cycle but I’d have liked a slightly longer one for a small load rather than a couple of items. Overall for the price it’s a great machine.

Great for the price
2 month updated review:It's still perfectly functional and I'm more than pleased with it. I love it. The steam function has come in useful after my cat decided to urinate on clean laundry. The drum is so big, I have managed to wash my superking duvet and put it away for the summer. Excellent product.Original review: Generally very pleased. I have an issue with the legs not moving up and down, but it doesn't affect performance at all. A good sized drum. Very quiet. Washes well.I enjoy the steam washes. I had an item which was always a bit fusty even after washing but this machine got it totally clean. It's pleasant to look at and pretty well built.

Bought as a replacement for my old washing machine
Previous washing machine was just over a year old and despite being a well branded one, horrible, programs began to fail and had a siren like alarm to tell you when a cycle was finished, used to wake up from my sleep, had to physically get up to go and open the door to stop the alarm from repeatedly going off, cba to repair, so much wrong with it, I bought the brand thinking well known brand it will be reliable, I was wrong. It only provided parts and techinical warranty. this one has been working from day one, it is intuitive and the programs work so far, one beep when it finishes and that's it, it was cheaper than the old one, got it on special and 2 reduction price sale and black Friday at the same time.So far no problems, I pad for amazon to install and take the old one away, very impressive service, just one recommendation, they left the old inflow pipe on to leave me a spare, but as it turned out the old pipe was leaking and I had to pull it out and replace it with the new one, not worth keeping the old one, saving time on them installing, but even though they did a short test, it wouldn't pick up that there was a leak until I started noticing my dog was doing big pees are the washing machhine, turned out to be a leak from washing machine.

total disappointment
Well, for a machine that claims to have many programs, this is very misleading. if you want to wait 3-4 hours for a wash cycle, then you are in for a treat, walk this way and make your purchase, it will give you that. But if all you want is for your washing machine to do a good old fashioned wash in an hour max, using the full capacity spin and with a full load at 40 degrees, walk away now!!! We need a program that takes no more than an hour, we need for each program to use the full capacity weight , which this claims to be up to 12kg, and, we need the spin to be at full capacity 1400 and we want the temperature at 40 degrees. It is not too much to ask. But no, the nearest program we could get that offered anything remotely close to what we wanted, was the sport setting. That will do a full load in 58 minutes, but only up to a max of a 1000 spin WTF? so that meant we then had to put the load through an added extra spin cycle for 10 minutes because the 1000 spin was not good enough to get our items as spun as we like them to be. what a faff! we havn;t got time to be backwards and forwards to the machine fannying about with extra cycles. we have the machine in use 3-4 times a day on average, sometimes more, so having to fart about with a 58 minute, then a 10 minute for each wash, is ridiculous. The alternative would be to use a program that uses half the load, but then it would take longer, possibly a couple of hours, and then it would give us the full spin, but we couldn't get a program that offered this and also a 40 degree wash. .All we want is a 1 hour cycle at 40 degrees with a full load and a 1400 spin. It could not do that, not even remotely close..On top of that, the rattling from it when it spins is not good. From the get go, it makes a terrible knocking sound, as if it isn;t balanced. If it is doing that on day one, I dread to think what it will be like after a few weeks or months, let alone years (I doubt it will last years anyway). The buttons for the options are also very flimsy. I don't think they will last long at all. After the cycle has finished and you have removed your washing, if you want to go straight in with a second load, you actually have to physically turn the machine off by turning the dial back to off, then moving it back to the last setting that you used, to get it start again. You can't just put your fresh load of washing in and close the door and press start as it is already at the same setting you used previously, oh no! that would be far too easy for this machine, you have to put your load in, turn the dial to turn the machine off, then turn it back to the last setting you used and then you can press your options againto start it up again. Granted it does have a favorite button, but you still have to turn the dial all the way around past the on/off point at the top, before it will allow you to press the saved button and start again ...Absolute rubbish! it went straight back and we bought a Candy. With the Candy you can switch it on, put your load in, set it to 40 degrees, 1600 spin, 59 minutes, off you go, job done. Easy , everybody happy.
