Perfect for soft training during injury recovery
It arrived 2 days ahead of schedule, well wrapped. The instructions are ok and in English. Building it took barely 20 minutes (just 6 screws and 2 tension wheeld) so really simple.It is foldable and light enough to be considered portable.It is a very soft no impact exercise machine just to maintain arms and legs mobility and certain muscle tone when you cannot do something heavier. In my case, I'm recovering from an injury and it is exactly what I need as a temporary measure until I have recovered. I also see it very good for the elderly.

Very easy to put together. Workout is very easy and not stressful.can do this while watching tv.

Some retaining nuts are rusty.
Seems to be a well constructed piece of kit. Pity several nuts are rusty. Doesn’t look like it will cause a problem but just spoils an otherwise good product.
