Got this for my 10 yo stepdaughter's school performance. For $30 it was decent enough quality. She loved the hot pink color and all the accessories were fun. Skirt was nice and thick and fluffy. We did a large and it fit her well, although the belt bag was a little loose even on the tightest fit. I do think she is more on the petite side for her age.
