Got this for using with my steam deck when flying. It's pretty heavy and chunky but keeps everything charged and ticking over until we next get to a plug socket. Doesn't take too long to charge. Maybe around an hour to an hour and half ish

I received a power bank that did not work and I left a one-star review (which I've left below this edit). Baseus customer service quickly got in touch with me and offered to replace it. There was a delivery problem on the first attempt, and even though it had nothing to do with them, they sorted it out. My new power bank is working like it should, and while I can't comment on longevity, I'm pleased with it. Special shoutout to Lava at Baseus for their great communication and helping me get a working power bank in time for a holiday.--original review--I had high hopes for this power bank and planned to use it with a Steam Deck. I can charge the battery and disply shows it's 100% charged, but it will not charge anything. The display won't show unless it's charging. I've tried charging phone, steam deck, laptop and a USB fan using USB-C and USB ports but nothing works. Very disappointed, especially for the price.I'm attempting to return it and will update this review if I get one that works.

This item worked precisely once, charging to 100% and discharging to around 40%. After that, it lost all charge and seemed to get stuck in a charging loop where it thought it was charging, but was not.Returned for a refund as I did not want to deal with a potentially failed Lipo pack.

PD 3.0 20W charging means I only need to plug my phone on for 30 minutes to get through the day.It is pricier than some other power banks, but I've had cheaper power banks die within a year. I've been using this one for 2 years and it still pushes juice into anything I connect to it.It is heavy and chunky for size, but the heft gives you a feeling that it is a serious piece of kit.

This is quite a heavy power bank, however it retains charge well, and does a good quick charge. I've taken this to several different countries, and the kids have borrowed it when they've travelled abroad, giving that extra piece of mind that you're not going to ruin it off charge when it and about and relying on your map app, to pay via your phone. It to be able to get your plane ticket scanned at the airport.

The battery has been purchased in September 2022 to charge steamdeck. Unfortunately after about months of working it has died, it wouldn't charge anything when the battery is at a 100%.Since then I have contacted the company about my issue and am surprised how quick it was resolved. Within a week I have received a new battery which works perfectly as intended!

Ill give this a 3 star, I got this to charge my steamdeck and worked a treat, until now, I use this only when travelling so it gets minimal use maybe once a month, I've had it two years, today I noticed my steam deck not charging, the display on the battery says its giving output but 5v and 0.0amp, the display then resets, shows all icons and stops charging the device. Oddly it will charge a phone but steamdeck no more. The steamdeck Is not the issue as it accepts charge from other sources without issue.

After using it quite frequently over the past 8 months as a charger mainly for my steam deck it developed a fault where it wouldn’t charge back up just flashed at 0% with no amps. I decided to contact the customer service as I knew it had a 2 year warranty. After a couples emails back and forth, I sent them a video of the fault. They came back saying it was a fault they couldn’t fix and promptly sent me a new charger. Overall very happy customer.
